It's been a while since I have posted any new pictures.  I guess that's because there have been so few new pictures to post.  But why?

I have absolutely no idea.

Two weeks ago, however, one of the most wonderful things happened: my son was born.  And in that instant, my camera was immediately back in hand and I wanted to take pictures of everything.  Not just pictures of him (although there have been a lot thus far!); but everything around me.

Imazing how such a small person can have such a big impact on one's emotional well-being.  I mean, he can't talk, or play, or even lift his own head to peer out a window to take in whats going on around him.  In fact, without our assistance, he can't really do anything (although he does do one hell of a job keeping my wife and I awake at night!)  But he does make me smile.  He makes me happy.  Makes me wonder.  Be inspired.

Sure, this is nothing new to the many of you who aleady have children, and it might even mean less to those of you who don't... and that's ok.  'Cause to me, it means the world.
